Overview
Meeting Metropolis – Pennsylvania Convention Center’s 2-day meeting/event was produced for an invitation only group of the country’s top meeting planners whose meetings represent billions of dollars of revenue. Perfection Events spearheaded the Pennsylvania Marketplace Expo featuring over 100 national and regional exhibitors. In partnership with Stockton & Partners, PE was responsible to: design of show floor layout; creation of scoring criteria and parameters involving exhibition applications and subsequent notification of exhibitors’ acceptance or rejection; managing sponsor fulfillment of exhibit space and associated benefits; serving as liaison between multiple functional departments, clients and service providers to ensure the expo was produced and executed according to design.
Results
Perfection Events Inc. designed and delivered an innovative tradeshow, exceeding client and attendee expectations for a holistic experience representing the PA region. The connections formed at the tradeshow were further developed into tangible relationships, bringing significant business to the City.
